Glimpsecosmetics.com is committed to providing our customers with prompt and reliable delivery service. Our shipping policy is as follows:
- Orders are immediately forwarded to our fulfillment center to prepare your shipment. We cannot intercept the order once it has been placed.
- Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse using an environmentally conscious bulk shipping method. This method may take a little longer than traditional shipping methods, but it is better for the environment.
- Average delivery time is 2 weeks, however, it may take up to 30 days for delivery to be completed. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- It is essential to verify that all shipping information (address) is correct. Incorrect or missing information may cause delays in your order.
- Customs clearance may also cause delays in delivery.
- Our supplier processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped the next day. Deliveries are not made on weekends. When products are in high demand, processing time may take longer than 3 days.
By choosing to ship directly from the warehouse to you, we are able to save on transportation and storage costs which allows us to keep our product prices affordable. However, this may result in longer delivery times compared to other retailers. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
